April Carlisle is the EVP, Commerce for Spark Foundry. Prior to this, April led shopper marketing across the entire portfolio of Coca-Cola brands, developing strategic vision, plans and measurement which included shopper marketing plans with customers, shopper marketing insights, strategies and toolkit development with brands from the center; managing budgets and 50+ field-based shopper marketers as well as shopper marketing vision/strategies/governance for the 64 Coca-Cola bottlers. April also spent 5 years leading agency business development at ARC/Leo Burnett with both existing key clients ( P&G, Kelloggs, Coke, and 3M) as well as new business development with focus on shopper marketing to include retail, digital, and social strategies and plans. Additional responsibilities leading training both internally and externally with clients globally focusing on shopper marketing strategies and planning. An industry pioneer and veteran, April spent 24 years leading marketing and sales at Procter & Gamble to include shopper marketing and digital marketing with partners ( Google/ Facebook/ Microsoft/Apple). Internal consulting included leading 350+ consults with P&G brand teams on how to win in-store in U.S, Canada, Western Europe, Singapore and Guangzhou, China. Led numerous retailer executive visits to internal retail innovation centers.

Additionally, April serves as an Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University's Medill School of Integrated Marketing Communications, is a 2019 Shopper Marketing Hall of Fame recipient, and a "Who's Who in Shopper Marketing" on both the agency and client side of the business.
